CABIN RATES

Deposit Policy:

To secure your reservation, the nightly rate is due in full within 10 days of making the reservation, unless there are less than 30 days remaining before the arrival date.

For reservations of 3 nights or more, a 50% deposit is due within 10 days of making the reservation. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. If there are less than 30 days before arrival, full payment is required.

A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $500.00 is required. The tenant is responsible for any damages, excessive wear and tear, cleaning, or property loss and damage. The deposit will be forfeited if fish frying is done indoors, on the porch, or on the deck.

If the rental is left in clean condition, you will receive a full refund of the deposit within 10 working days.

Smoke-Free Buildings:

All buildings, including the Cabin/Motel, are strictly smoke-free. Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Housekeeping:

Rooms and the Cabin are housekeeping units, and maid service is available at an additional charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation, we can transfer your payments to another date within the current year, except if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. Please note that you will be charged for the reserved days and units.

Pet Policy:

Pets are welcome at a rate of $35 per night. Please do not leave your pet unattended and prevent excessive barking.
