Deposit Policy:

Nightly rate is due in full, within 10 days of making reservation, unless there is less than 30 days before arrival date.

3 Plus Night, 1/2 due within 10 days of making reservation. Second half due 30 days prior to arrival. Full payment is due if there is less than 30 days before arrival.

* Refundable Damage/Cleaning Deposit $500.00

Tenant is responsible for any damages including excessive wear and tear, cleaning, property loss and damage. Tenant will automatically loose deposit if you fry fish indoors, in porch or on the deck.

If the rental is left as clean, you will receive full payment within 10 working days.

Smoke-Free Buildings:

Absolutely no smoking in any buildings (Cabin/Motel).

Housekeeping:

Rooms and Cabin are housekeeping, maid service is available for an extra charge.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your reservation, we will transfer your payments to another date within the current year. Except if it's less than 30 days prior to arrival no transfer. To avoid any misunderstandings, you will be charged for the days you reserve & the units you booked.

Pet Policy:

$35 per night. Do not leave pet/pets unattended or permit excessive barking.
