Lodging Details

The Cabin: Is supplied with all the utensils & bedding, we do not supply the cabin with toiletries, bath towels or kitchen towels. The Cabin and Motel get a free bag of ice daily.

Rental rates do not include taxes and are subject to change without notice.

All rooms and cabin are housekeeping, maid service is available for an extra charge.

Rooms and Cabin are smoke free. Sorry pets are not allow.

Deposits: Half of your rental is required as a deposit to hold your reservation. If your deposit is not received within 10 days from the date your reservation was made, you will be automatically cancelled. The remainder of the bill will be due upon arrival, please call tocallofduty black ops make arrangements if you are planning a late arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable if we fill your cancellation or if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival date-less $30 handling fee and any costs incurred. Deposits are transferable till the end of the current year. To avoid any misunderstanding you will be charged for the days you reserve.

We do not accept Visa/MasterCard, check or cash only. Taxes: 6.875% State and 3% Local

Boat or Pontoon Rental: We do not have boat rental, but we can arrange it for you. We also have dock space if you are bringing your own boat.
